The Jacobs Cup

The Jacobs Cup is the annual Basketball Tournament held at Timber Lake for Boys going in to the 11th grade. Built on our belief that the court is a classroom, the Jacobs Cup is not only a competitive tournament, but also a way to teach teamwork and good sportsmanship, both on and off the court.

Named in honor of Jay’s father, Benjamin Jacobs, the tournament has played host to dozens of different camps over the years and on game day, the basketball courts at the Tiger’s Den, Timber Dome and Boys Center are the center of everyone’s attention. With everyone dressed in Green & White and cheering on the Tiger’s, Jacobs Cup is definitely one of the most exciting days of the summer, and definitely showcases true Timber Lake spirit!
