Staff Recruitment BonusWe’re looking for top quality staff for next season and we’d like your help. For every college student that you recruit for a general counselor position, we will pay you a cash bonus at the end of the summer. The staff member that you recruit must complete the summer in order for you to earn your bonus. Please have your friends give us a call or send us an e-mail. Note: The staff recruitment bonus is only available to American staff members. As you’ll see in the schedule below, the more great staff you recruit, the more you earn!
