Alley Oop For Autism!

This past Saturday, the 8th annual “Alley Oop For Autism” fundraiser took place at Jericho High School on Long Island and Timber Lake couldn’t be more proud to have sponsored the event and donated the basketball jerseys for the players!

The purpose of the fundraiser is to promote a greater awareness of autism and 100% of the proceeds were donated to The Ascent School For Autism. The Ascent School is a private, non-profit school for children diagnosed with autism and atypical pervasive developmental disorders.

Throughout the day, several different age groups competed in a 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the school’s gym. The event was a huge success and although everyone was wearing TLC basketball jerseys, we were able to catch some photos of our own campers who were out supporting the cause!
